Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds, though payment can be made in euros. Prices include air-conditioning, clean linen and housekeeping twice a week.
Changeover Days
Our preferred change over days are Friday or Saturday, though we can be flexible. The villa will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. We ask that our guests vacate the villa by 10am on the morning of departure.

Booking Notes
Requests for bookings by email or telephone please. We require a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
We ask for a fully refundable security deposit of £500 in case of severe damage or breach of our Terms and Conditions.
This will be fully refunded on your return.
